Missy has helped me personally with some of my shortcomings as a manager and as a leader. She has helped point out some of things I can always improve on and how I can help make a bigger impact on the company. She has helped me connect with the sales associates and showed me that when I am being the best leader I can be, it benefits them, so they can have the best opportunities as well. I have seen a huge improvement with the whole team. Individually, but really collectedly as a team. We come together, work together, help each other out every day. We have seen that growth pay off in the long run with the sales numbers. And just overall the comradery we have here and everyone enjoying coming to work!
